Helen is involved in many Senior activities especially the Palmerston Seniors Songsters, singing at Nursing Homes as well as visiting lonely elderly Seniors in the Nursing Home. 

Helen has been an effective, dedicated member of the Palmerston and Litchfield Seniors Committee for many years and in particular, representing the members from the Litchfield area which include.

• Dedicated to the wellbeing of Seniors of Palmerston and Litchfield.

• A member of the General Committee for several years.

• Organiser and negotiator of events and support for 'Seniors Fortnight'.

• Arranging support and events for the Palmerston & Litchfield

Association on all occasions,

• Feisty, hard-working, dispensing cheer and goodwill in all her activities. No task is too small, too hard or too difficult.

• Helen is a great volunteer, leader of the troops and a wonderful ambassador for the Palmerston and Litchfield Seniors Association.
