Janelle is a very active volunteer, giving her time every week to a range of church and community activities.

Janelle has been voluntarily teaching quilting at Creative Craft, Baptist Church Casuarina every Wednesday for 10 years.

Janelle has also been teaching stitches for 5 years at the Darwin Patch Work & Quilters who meet once a month in Winnellie. Janelle is a recognized quitter in Darwin and has won numerous awards for her Quilting at the Royal Darwin Show.

Janelle leads the walk for the Heart Foundation Walkers from Casuarina Shopping Centre carpark to the suburbs surrounding Casuarina. She records the attendance for the Heart Foundation records.

On top of all of this Janelle also teaches basic steps for beginners at the Line Dancing Class. Her efforts have enabled a lot of people to enjoy the class more and improve their confidence.

Janelle volunteers more than 5 hours a week, giving back to her community and has made a difference to so many lives through her generous contributions.
