Sally Howarth volunteers a lot of her time as Secretary of the Palmerston & Litchfield Seniors Association.

Sally is an important part of the committee and is responsible for collating and designing the newsletter which is printed/posted/emailed to members, every quarter.

Palmerston & Litchfield Seniors Association provides a fortnight of activities during Seniors Month in August and Sally designs a keepsake placemat that is laminated for ail attendees of the Opening and Closing Ceremony lunches. She has done this since 2012.

As we all know, fundraising is important to keep costs to a minimum for any organisations and Sally is always an enthusiastic volunteer whenever help in fundraising is needed.

Sally is another of the volunteers who attends Cazalys each fortnight to assist with the Seniors morning tea.

Sally also has her hand up to assist with the driving services the Club delivers to Club members who are in need of transport to attend local medical appointments at little cost to the person travelling.

It is with much pleasure we welcome you Sally to our family as an NT Senior Of Excellence, with this Award.
